What is a pending payment
instruction? |

It means that the payment of an
instruction can be pre-set with forward value up to 45 days in
advance, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
In addition,
pending payment instruction for Express Transfer, e-Transfer,
Autopay and Bill Payments(Pay with Credit Card) do not include
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. For Bill Payments(Pay with
Credit Card), the payment of an instruction can be pre-set with
forward value up to 13 days in advance. |

No. Not until the specified forward

treated as executed or not? |

A e-mail debit advice will be sent to
customers for successful instructions (except HKD Transfer between
Hang Seng Accounts and Bill Payments) whereas, for all failed
instructions, an e-mail message will also be sent to the original
authoriser with a rejected reason. |
