transactions in the current and previous two months are available).
By default, details of transaction today and in the previous day are
shown. For passbook accounts, only those transactions that have not
been printed on the passbook can be viewed. |

How can a specific transaction
effected be reconciled in the account transaction history
on-line? |

For a transaction confirmed by a user,
check from the Transaction History screen, i.e. the online statement
available under 'Account / Loan Overview' for either the 'Reference
No.' generated by Business e-Banking or the reference number input
by the user or the debit amount of the transaction. |

How can the details of cleared
cheques be checked? |

From the online statement available via
the 'Account / Loan Overview' - Transaction History display. All
cleared cheques will be shown under the debit side of the statement. |

How can a newly opened account be
linked to Business e-Banking? |
A: |
It depends on what option a company has
chosen in a new Business e-Banking setup. Some companies may prefer
new accounts be automatically linked to Business e-Banking. Other
companies may prefer that new accounts be linked on case by case
basis. For both options, a request form with a company's resolution

It is a hot button only for Primary

To do so, a Letter of Authority from
Related Companies must be submitted together with the setup /
amendment request and a company's resolution. For obtaining the

Authority". For amendment, please click here to obtain the "Business e-Banking Services
Amendment/Termination Form". |
