Proxy ID will be effective immediately after your registration. After that, you can use your Proxy ID for receiving money anytime.

Standalone saving account, standalone current account and integrated account.

Can I do the addressing service with Hang Seng business mobile banking?
A:
No, addressing service is only limited to desktop version of Digital Business Banking and Hang Seng HSBCnet.

Can I amend the Proxy ID (mobile number/ email) after registration?

You can cancel the previous registration, then register a new mobile number or email for the same bank account.

Can I change my Hang Seng bank account as default account for my Proxy ID (mobile number/ email/ FPS ID)?

You can access via Hang Seng Business e-Banking to change your default account.
