A: Transactions / Services requiring authorisation include:

Fund Transfer
Time Deposits
Bill Payments
Autopay
   
Q: Who can authorise transactions conducted in Business e-Banking?
A: Users with access right to the related service / account, sufficient User Daily Limit and also Transaction Limit if dual authorisation is applied, can perform authorisation.
   
Q: Can sole authorisation be changed to dual authorisation online or vice versa?
A: Yes, this can be done through amending Authorisation Settings online.
   
Q: How long does Business e-Banking keep instructions which are pending authorisation?
A: Instructions not yet authorised will stay in the authorisation queue for 7 calendar days after the value / forward value date.
   
Q: How does Business e-Banking calculate Portfolio Daily Limits?
A: Business e-Banking will keep track of the limit up to 45 calendar days ahead (inclusive of the current day). When a user authorises a transaction, Business e-Banking will only accumulate the amount of that particular transaction per debit day to the utilised Portfolio Daily Limits.
   
Q: How does Business e-Banking calculate User Daily Limits?
A: Business e-Banking will check the user limit for each today or pending transaction. If the accumulated amount of transactions for account debit does not exceed the user limit, the transaction can be authorised by the user.
   
Q: Who can amend / delete instructions pending authorisation?
A: Any user who has access to the debit account in the instruction pending authorisation.
   
Q: Is authorisation required for deletion of instructions?
A: No.
