Q: What types of messages will be received in Business e-Banking?
A: There are 2 types of message to be received:

Fund Purchase Confirmation. It will be generated when the Remittance Statement submitted via Business e-Banking has been processed and after all the funds have been purchased successfully.
Payment Proof for Long Service Payment / Severance Payment. It will be generated if the Remittance Statement with the claim for LSP / SP refund has been submitted successfully.
   
Q: How long will the messages be kept in Business e-Banking?
A: All messages (including read and unread) will be kept for 30 days from the mailing date. After that, the messages will be automatically deleted. You are advised to print out the messages if you wish to keep a copy for your records.
   
Q: Will I receive any hardcopy of the Remittance Statement or Confirmation of Contribution?
A: No, once you submitted Remittance Statement via Business e-Banking, you will not receive any hardcopy. You are advised to print the statement if you wish to keep a copy.
