Q: Who can send Loan Application?
A: All users.
   
Q: Is authorisation required for Loan Application?
A: No.
   
Q: When will the Bank respond to a Loan Application?
A: The Bank will release an initial assessment result instantly, and will proceed the accepted application on the next working day.
   
Q: What information is available under Facility Details By Account?
A: If a user has access to an account, he / she is able to view the credit limits for that account, plus the utilisations and available limits.
   
Q: What information is available under Facility Details By Company / Group?
A: If a user has such right, he / she is able to view the credit limits for all accounts of a company or selected group of companies, plus the utilisations and available limits.
   
Q: How can details of a particular facility be viewed?
A: Please click the hyperlink to the facility, e.g. overdraft to view the transaction history of the underlying account.
   
Q: How the relationship among different facilities are organised?
A: Credit facilities are indented with different signage to indicate their relationship. For example, Import / Export Trade may comprise of Import Line, Import Trade Loan, Export Line if the three facilities are put under Import / Export Trade.
   
Q: What is meaning of asterisks (***) used for some facility limits?
A: Where a user does not have the right to view one or more members of a borrowing group, he / she is not allowed to view further facility limits, whether granted, utilised or available. Partial access to accounts of companies allows a user to view the details within his / her access right.
   
Q: Why isn't the sum of utilisation and available limit equal to the credit limit granted in some cases?
A: This could happen when:

the limit is shared among different accounts or companies; or
there are some special arrangements in place, please contact the relationship manager for your company for details.
   
Q: Why the details of some transactions cannot be found under particular facility type?
A: Only the transactions that earmark the selected facilities will be displayed. Non-facility transactions such as collection transactions will not be displayed under particular facility type.
