You are eligible if you are holding the bank accounts with Hang Seng Hong Kong and Hang Seng (China) together with e-Banking access on Hang Seng Hong Kong. Please note that this service is applicable to Primary users only.

What are "Ledger Balance" and "Available Balance" ?

"Ledger Balance" refers to the amount of money that may include cheques and/or transactions made but have not been cleared yet, while "Available Balance" refers to the amount of money that is available for withdrawal.

How many Customer Associates can be added to a Business e-Banking portfolio?

Apart from the Principal Account, you can add maximum 3 Customer Associates.
Q:
Can I check the transaction activities of Hang Seng (China) accounts and make fund transfers between the bank accounts in mainland China and Hong Kong?
A:
No. Currently, you can only check the account balances of Hang Seng (China).
Q:
Why can't I view the account balances even if I have applied for the service?
A:
If there are no accounts available for display, it is possibly because you have not opened any Hang Seng (China) accounts that are available for this service.
Please note that this service is applicable to view the account balance for Customer Associate's Current Account/Time Deposit /Call Deposit/Certificate of Deposit Account / Free Trade Zone Account with Hang Seng (China).
